Hearts of Oak head coach Samuel Boadu is reported to be in stable condition after he was admitted at the Elmina Polyclinic.

Boadu complained of uneasiness during the half time break of the club’s away game against Elmina Sharks on Wednesday.

He was rushed to the hospital for treatment as assistant coaches Hamza Obeng and Nii Noi led the team during the second half.

The Phobians went on to win their first game of the season thanks to a strike by second-half substitute Gladson Awako, who was making his debut.

The team visited Boadu at the hospital after their victory.

It is unclear when the coach will be discharged.
