Mason Greenwood arrested for breaching bail conditions

Mason Greenwood has reportedly been detained on “suspicion” of violating the terms of his bail amid rape allegations.

The 21-year-old Manchester United striker was detained on suspicion of rape, assault, and making a threat to kill. He was later released on bail.

According to the most recent reports, he was then detained on suspicion of violating those restrictions by re-contacting his putative victim.

The Sun reports that police questioned Greenwood after arriving at his £15,000-a-month property before arresting him.

Since his initial arrest in January of this year, the striker has been waiting to learn his destiny.

In the meantime, since he is still Man United’s suspended striker, he continues to be paid his £75,000 weekly wage.
