England international Ruben Loftus-Cheek has completed his move to Italian side AC Milan from Chelsea.

The midfielder landed in Milan yesterday and completed his medical with the Rossoneri today. After passing the physical examinations, he signed his contract with the team.

Loftus-Cheek has signed a four-year contract with the Rossoneri on a permanent basis, the club has announced. As part of the deal, Milan will pay Chelsea a sum of €16 million plus bonuses, and Loftus-Cheek will make €4 million per season with the Rossoneri ending his stay with the Premier League side.

The midfielder joins former Chelsea teammate Fikayo Tomori who was signed by Milan two seasons ago after the Blues moved him on.

He also becomes the latest Chelsea academy graduate to find himself in Italy with Tammy Abraham and Ethan Ampadu also playing their trades in the Serie A.

After signing goalkeeper Marco Sportiello on a free transfer, Milan have also set sights on Christian Pulisic while Valencia’s Yunus Musah is also a target.
