‘We have to win’ – Ten Hag on facing Fulham

Erik ten Hag has insisted Manchester United will look to take home all three points when they face Fulham in their next league game.

The Red Devils will play Fulham in Saturday’s early kickoff at Craven Cottage looking to get back to winning ways after back-to-back defeats.

United suffered humiliating losses at Old Trafford to Manchester City and Newcastle United last weekend and in midweek in the EFL Cup.

Getting back to winning could lift the mood in the team’s dressing room as pressure continues to mount on the manager.

However, Ten Hag says they are bent on taking all three points against the London side.

“We have to win. I don’t walk away from that,” he said at the pre-match conference.

“The players are positive. They want to put this right, we know the standards here. We’ve to match them every day, we’ll fight back.

“The dressing room is strong, the staff are strong, this manager is strong.”

United have five wins from five league games this season and have also picked up five defeats.
