Chelsea host Premier League Champions Manchester City in a highly anticipated clash on Sunday afternoon at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues edged past London rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night in a convincing 4-1 win while Manchester City booked a place in the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League after a scintillating 3-0 performance over Young Boys in Group G.
