Agent of Erling Haaland, Rafaela Pimenta, says both Manchester City and the player would need to ‘respect’ each other if a decision has to be made about the latter’s future.
The Norway international has been in blistering form since joining the blue side of Manchester two summers ago.
In his maiden season with the club, Haaland powered them to UEFA Champions League glory while also winning the Premier League and the FA Cup.
The 23-year-old hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down this campaign as he has netted 13 goals in 12 league games while also scoring four goals in four games in Europe.
Speaking about the player’s future with Relevo, Pimenta said: “For sure respect has to be on both club and player side. I’ve no doubts, Man City will respect him”.
“If something has to happen one day, we will agree on every step together with the club. It’s always about respect.”
Haaland has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid even while at Man City and there were reports his agent was recently at the Santiago Bernabeu to commence a possible deal.
But the reports have been denied.
