Bayern Munich host Copenhagen at the Allianz Arena in their fifth UEFA Champions League group game on Wednesday night.

The hosts have already qualified and are top of Group A with 12 points while Copenhagen sit in second place with four points after four matches.

A 2-1 win over Galatasaray in Turkey courtesy of a brace from Harry Kane secured Bayern’s qualification to the last 16 meanwhile Copenhagen staged a stunning comeback against Manchester United after initially going behind in the last matchday.

Bayern approach the game on the back of a 1-0 win over Koln in the Bundesliga with Kane being pivotal once again.

Copenhagen, however, are without a win on the domestic front in their last two matches after suffering a 2-1 defeat to Viborg over the weekend and sharing the spoils with Brondby prior to the international break.

The visitors will have to be at their very best to get any points from this game if they want to boost their chances of qualification on Matchday six of the Champions League.

Thomas Tuchel will most likely make player rotations after already qualifying yet the big miss for the hosts will be Jamal Musiala who is out with a hamstring tear.

Copenhagen will also be without defensive duo Birger Meling and David Khocholava who are expected to be out for the remainder of 2023 due to injury.

Kickoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
