An in-form Paris Saint-Germain side welcome Nantes to the Parc des Princes on Saturday night in what is expected to be a highly competitive battle.

The League leaders continued their winning run with a 2-0 convincing win over Le Havre while Nantes edged past OGC Nice in a 1-0 victory.

Luiz Enrique’s men will stay on top of the standings with or without a victory against La Maison Jaune but a defeat will see OGC Nice just a point behind them should they defeat Reims at home on Sunday afternoon.

With four wins and only one defeat in their last five matches against Nantes, Paris Saint Germain will fancy their chances of extending their winning run over the visitors ahead of the winter break.

Nantes ended a four-match winless run in the league ahead of the clash under new manager Jocelyn Gourvennec and will be confident of building on that victory.

The visitors sit in ninth place on the league standings, and could replace Olympique Marseille in eighth place should they grab all points against the Parisians.

With Gianluigi Donnarumma suspended and Keylor Navas suffering from a back injury, third-choice goalkeeper Arnau Tebas is expected to remain in the sticks for the hosts.

Meanwhile, Quentin Merlin remains sidelined for the visitors with a groin injury.

Kickoff is scheduled for 8:00 pm.
