Liverpool will host West Ham in the EFL Cup quarter-final on Wednesday night at Anfield in what is expected to be a keenly contested fixture.

Jurgen Klopp’s men were 2-1 victors over Bournemouth in the last 16, while West Ham edged past Arsenal in a convincing 3-1 victory.

The hosts approach this game off a disappointing 0-0 draw against Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday, meanwhile, Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paquetá stole the show for West Ham in their 3-0 win over Wolves.

The Reds look the favourites ahead of the clash with four wins in their last five matches against the Hammers, suffering only one defeat in the period.

David Moyes’ side will also be confident of pulling up a surprise against Liverpool, knowing they have four wins in their last six matches across all competitions.
