Salernitana vs AC Milan prediction, odds and preview

AC Milan travel to Stadio Arechi to face Salernitana on Friday night in the quest to increase their chances of competing for this season’s Scudetto.

The hosts sit bottom of the standings in Serie A with eight points after 16 matches, meanwhile, AC Milan lie in third place with 32 points, nine points behind city rivals Internationale.

Salernitana suffered a 4-1 thrashing to Atalanta on Monday, while the visitors were 3-0 winners over Monza last weekend.

The Rossoneri have the advantage ahead of the clash with two wins and two draws in their last four matches against Salernitana and will hope to continue this feat on Friday night to boost their chances in this season’s title race.

Both teams are not in the best form moving into the clash as the hosts have only one win in their last six matches in the league.

AC Milan however have three wins in their last six games and look favorites to grab all three points for this fixture.

Mexican goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa is the only injury absentee for the hosts meanwhile AC Milan will have skipper Davide Calabria available after serving a suspension last weekend.
