West Ham United host Manchester United on Saturday afternoon in what is expected to be an intriguing clash in the Premier League.
The Hammers were 3-0 winners over Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend in the league before suffering a 5-1 humiliation to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.
Manchester United however approach this game having shared the spoils with long-term rivals Liverpool at Anfield last weekend in a 0-0 result.
Only one point separates both sides on the league standings as David Moyes’ men sit two places behind Erik Ten Hag’s side, 9th and 7th respectively.
The Red Devils have a slight advantage ahead of the game with three wins in their last five fixtures against the Hammers, suffering two defeats in the period.
However, West Ham have shown great promise in their last six games in the Premier League, losing only one match in the period, and David Moyes will be in to strip points off his former team.
For the hosts, Mohammed Kudus is expected to lead the line of attack with Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta after scoring a brace last weekend at the London Stadium.
Meanwhile, Diego Dalot is suspended for this clash after being sent off in the game against Liverpool last Sunday.
The match comes off at 12:30 pm.
