Erik ten Hag has refused to close the door on a possible reunion with Jadon Sancho at Manchester United.
The England international joined Borussia Dortmund on loan in the winter window after having issues with the manager.
Until the move to Dortmund, Sancho had not played a single minute for the Red Devils since August and was made to train away from the first team.
Quizzed on the player, Ten Hag said in an interview with Sky: “We have had issues all the way through… his stay here at United so far is not a success.”
“I wish him the best of luck at Dortmund. I hope, we hope, he’s doing very well there, he will be successful and then we will see what is going to happen.”
In his first game back in Germany, the winger set up Marco Reus for Dortmund’s exons goal in their league game against Darmstadt on Saturday.
