Crystal Palace will host Chelsea on Monday night at Selhurst Park in the quest to return to winning ways in the Premier League.

The hosts suffered a devastating 4-1 defeat at the hands of Brighton in the FA Cup fourth round last week, while Chelsea stunned Aston Villa away from home in a 3-1 result.

The Blues have been utterly dominant in their last five matches against the hosts, winning all of their last five games, and could extend that feat come Monday night.

However, Mauricio Pochettino’s men have been far from convincing in the league this season, losing three of their last six matches, and Roy Hodgson’s team could secure the victory given the home advantage.

Chris Richards could replace the injured Marc Guehi in defence, with Jordan Ayew and Jean-Philippe Mateta expected to lead the line of attack for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez were the bright names in the win over the Villans, and both players are expected to keep their place from the start in this game.

The match starts at 20:00 GMT.
