Paris Saint Germain will welcome Real Sociedad to the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night in their UEFA Champions League first-leg tie.
The hosts lacked dominance in the group phase and finished in second place in Group F behind Borussia Dortmund reaching the last 16.
However, Real Sociedad entrenched themselves as a table-toppers in Group D ahead of Italian giants Inter Milan.
A lot has changed since their group-stage struggles last year, and the hosts have gone 16 games unbeaten ahead of this clash and will most likely hold the advantage ahead of the second leg in Spain.
Imanol Aguacil’s side however are winless in their last four matches in all competitions and are in desperate need of a victory to propel the rest of their season in an upward trajectory.
Kylian Mbappe is expected to be joined by Marco Asensio and Randal Kolo Muani in attack for the hosts.
Meanwhile, Take Kubo and Brais Mendez will be the key players for Real Sociedad.
The match starts at 8:00 pm.
