Celta Vigo will host Barcelona at the Abanca-Balaidos stadium on Saturday night on Matchday 25 of La Liga.

The hosts suffered a disappointing 3-2 defeat to Getafe last weekend, meanwhile, Barcelona failed to dominate Granada at home and drew a stalemate in a six-goal thriller.

The reverse fixture saw Celta Vigo two goals up against the Blaugrana after 80 minutes, but the Catalans staged a dramatic comeback to grab all three points thanks to a Joào Cancelo winner at the Olympic Stadium.

Celta Vigo approach this game with three defeats in their last six games and are in desperate need of a victory to move up the standings from 17th place.

Barcelona however will look to close in on city rivals Girona who are five points clear of them in the title race.

Also, the Catalans have three wins in their last five matches against the hosts, losing and drawing one game apiece in the period.

Oscar Mingueza could play a part in this game for the hosts against his former club.

Meanwhile, Raphinha is expected to feature in this clash for the Blaugrana after his return from injury.
