Pep Guardiola says he has no idea about whether Kevin De Bruyne will continue at Manchester City at the end of the season.
The Belgium midfielder has been the subject of a move away from Etihad in the last few transfer windows with Saudi Arabia being the latest.
De Bruyne has been an integral part of the City team since the appointment of Guardiola and was instrumental in the team winning a treble last season.
However, links of a move away have resurfaced as the season nears a closure. However, the Spain manager is unsure what the future lies for the Belgian.
“It’s a question for him,” he said when asked about a possible move to Saudi for the midfielder.
“I’d love that he stays, but I don’t know…I don’t know if he has an offer, I don’t know if Saudi Arabia wants him.
“I would love for him to stay at City, of course.”
The 32-year-old has managed just 11 appearances across all competitions this season for the reigning league champions, scoring two and providing eight assists in that time.
